The Consorzio DOC Friuli was founded to protect and promote
the most recent among the regional denominations, established with the 2016 harvest,
as well as contribute to enhancing the territory and the work of the cellars through fairs,
events and tastings, in Italy and abroad, for Friuli DOC wines.
THE CONSORTIUM
The establishment of the Denomination status in 2016 was followed, on 17 December 2019, by the establishment of the DOC Friuli Consortium at Palazzo Altan in San Vito al Tagliamento.
